Shiprocket Acquired Glaucus Supply Chain Stake

Shiprocket, a logistics and fulfillment platform, has agreed to buy a controlling investment in Glaucus, a supply chain solutions business.

Saahil Goel, co-founder, and CEO of Shiprocket, stated that the company’s goal is to become India’s number one fulfillment services provider and that it has the proper ingredients in place to do so, including technological knowledge, accessible money, and problem-solving ability.

“It is vital to build inventive, resilient solutions to unleash the next phase of growth for the sector as a whole,” the analysis said. “By reducing the fulfillment complexity across B2B and B2C channels, our clients will be able to focus on what they do best.”

Shiprocket will be able to create products faster as a result of the merger, improving speed, accuracy, and post-purchase performance across multiple channels.

Shiprocket’s acquisition of a majority stake in Glaucus is the company’s fourth major acquisition this year. Last month, Shiprocket bought Rocketbox, a B2B logistics company, and Wigzo Tech, a customer data platform. It also bought Logibricks, a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform, earlier this month.

The merged firms will provide Shiprocket the capacity to manufacture items more quickly, enhancing speed, accuracy, and post-purchase performance on numerous channels.

Final month, Shiprocket procured Rocketbox, a B2B coordinations stage, and Wigzo Tech, a client information stage. Prior to this month, it too procured Logibricks, a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform.
