“One of the core strength of HealthSocho is its ease of navigability. Keeping consumer buying behaviour in mind, we have carefully curated content, products and services using views of ailments, lifestyle goals, etc.,” elaborates Saurabh. There is a mass awareness about healthy living and adoption of herbal / organic products in daily life, especially amongst the youth. However, the information available online is fragmented and incomplete. Thankfully, HealthSocho is taking definitive steps to counter this problem.
The Vision
HealthSocho targets to emerge as a onestop-destination, primarily for the users between 18 to 35 years of age, offering relevant information, products, and services for each system of alternative medicine. The long-term vision of HealthSocho is to be the largest discovery and recommendation platform in the alternative medicine space.
The Progress
Bootstrapped since the beginning, HealthSocho has been able to build a tech platform and add 1000+ wellarticulated articles, as well as close to 3000 third-party products in its portfolio.
“We have been able to devise a highly responsive and user friendly web platform, which we keep strengthening continually, and are witnessing incremental traffic each day,” reveals Nikunj Tyagi, CTO & COO at HealthSocho. In a short span of time, HealthSocho has added leading brands such as Sri Sri Ayurveda, Organic India, Ayurwin, ON, and HealthAid in its product portfolio.
The Team
HealthSocho is founded by Saurabh Satija, Anshul Sikri, and Nikunj Tyagi, all of whom bring rich and relevant experience to the table, which is crucial to the growth of the organization. Saurabh is a thorough marketer who has worked with companies like Myntra, Godfrey Phillips, and United Breweries. Anshul, on the other hand, is a seasoned entrepreneur who has launched successful ventures like ABS Mercantile and Next Wave India, and has tremendous insights in the medical and pharma domain. The technology head of the organization, Nikunj, is an ace programmer, entrepreneur, and an expert in operations. He has garnered rich hands-on pharma domain knowledge with his own venture Pharma Force Labs. The HealthSocho team is presently 12 members strong.

An Idea
Three college friends meet after years, and among other things, discussed the deteriorating quality of life and the sharp increase in lifestyle diseases across the nation. Their determination to change the prevailing scenario led to the conceptualization of a unique online alternative medicine platform, HealthSocho.com.
