Odissha Govt to target startups

Odisha Government will organise a Startup Enclave in the capital city, Bhubaneswar every year. It was discussed at a high-level meeting held under the chairmanship of Chief Secretary Aditya Prasad Padhi at the State Secretariat .

The idea is to involve and encourage more numbers of budding Odia entrepreneurs from various sectors in the conclave. The objectives of the event would be to motivate youths towards entrepreneurship, showcase the startup ecosystem in Odisha and attract more startups to launch their ventures in the State. It was also decided to organise a pitching session among innovative youths in the event. The event would be organised in 10 sessions in November, including the inaugural session.
