Infibeam Avenues Acquire Software Startup vishko22

The software startup Vishko22, based in Gurgaon, has announced that Infibeam Avenues has acquired a 50% share in the company. Neha Sharma and Shweta Gaur cofounded the firm last year, which creates omnichannel corporate software solutions and services for both domestic and international eCommerce marketplaces.

According to Vishal Mehta, managing director of Infibeam Avenues, “It’s a strategic investment to cater to the growing demand for omnichannel software with the existing suite of e-commerce offerings.” He also added that the company will continue to make additional investments in technology startups over the course of the following year.

In response to a question regarding potential rivals, Mr. Mehta stated, “There might be companies offering a standalone omnichannel solution as a product. But according to us, there are no participants in India that provide a Scalable and integrated e-commerce platform with the omnichannel solution below one roof.”

Mehta claimed that Vishko22 will concentrate on the eCommerce sector since these businesses have scalable business models and an unmet need for digital solutions that can support or integrate both online and offline business models.

Also, Infibeam Avenues purchased Bengaluru-based fintech startup Uvik Technologies in March for Rs 75 crore in cash and equity.
