Good Glamm Group Is in the Talks To Acquire Tweak India

The Good Glamm Group is in discussions to acquire the bulk of the shares in a digital content company created by Bollywood actor Twinkle Khanna.

A person with knowledge of the situation stated, “It is a cash-plus-stock deal and it is in the last stages of documentation.”

Tweak India is a female-focused multimedia portal that features text, video, podcasts, radio, and event forms. Its topic of interest includes wellness, beauty, and living sustainably.

Following the takeover, Tweak India will operate under Priyanka Gill’s Good Media Co. & Khanna would continue to serve as the CEO of Tweak India.

“The present digital media sites run by Good Media Co. have more than 65% of their viewership in tier 2 and tier 3 cities, whereas Tweak India has more than 65% in tier 1 cities. This stake will help them double down on the tier 1 audience”.

Through brand advertising on its platform, promoting affiliate sales, producing content, and managing social media campaigns for brands, Good Media generates income.

The fashion website Myntra, the e-commerce sites Amazon and Flipkart, as well as Wipro Consumer Care, are some of its clients.
