Enterprise Tech Unicorn Gupshup Acquires AI Startup Active.AI
Gupshup Acquires AI Startup: Active.Ai, a conversational AI platform for banks and fintech organizations, has been bought by Gupshup, a conversational messaging platform. Gupshup’s customer experience solutions for BFSI customers would be strengthened as a result of the purchase.
With a Conversational Banking as a Service (CBaaS) platform that enables companies to communicate with millions of consumers every month, Active.Ai supports BFSI customers in 43 countries. Active.Ai claims to have handled over 300 million user interactions via phone, video, and text, processed over 30 million service requests and answered more than 50 million questions with 95% accuracy.
