Doesn’t want an office space for your startup, here is an alternate option
With India emerging as a global startup hub, the demand for a sharing workspace is also on rise. Around three years ago, India got its first sharing working space startup and today there are more than dozen such concepts in Delhi alone with similar numbers in Mumbai, Bangalore and Hyderabad.
A recent report by The National Association of Software and Services Companies, or NASSCOM started that India has more than 4,200 new technology companies, mostly phone apps or websites. By the end of last year, India became the third-largest start-up industry in the world, behind the United States and United Kingdom.
With most Indian startups owned by young minds, it is highly impossible for them to bare the sky rocketing prices for office space. This market gap has lead to the increase of shared office space. At many such initiative, membership fees are usually less than $100 per month. They also come with free access to networking events, investors’ conferences and even parties. And, most importantly they all are ready to share and discuss the ideas.
