B2B Health-Tech Startup Medikabazaar Hires New CHRO & COO

Medikabazaar Hires New CHRO, Sandeep Gandhi and Manish Gahlaut have just been designated the chief operating officer of Creaegis-backed soonicorn Medikabazaar.

According to a statement, the move would seek to strengthen its leadership in the global healthcare supply chain, expand into emerging markets, support institutional linkage, and establish new collaborations.

Gandhi will support the organization’s people-first culture and human resources strategy. He has more than 20 years of expertise in businesses like PepsiCo, Aircel Maxis, Vodafone, and Telenor. Gahlaut, who will be in charge of supply chain management, has expertise working for major corporations in the healthcare industry, including Novartis, Abbott, and Bausch & Lomb.

“We have been enhancing the strength of our employees, our presence in the market, and our technical capabilities in order to quicken the company’s pace and achieve ambitious growth targets. We are attempting to put together a strong international leadership team to assist us in achieving our worldwide goals”, Vivek Tiwari (the CEO of Medikabazaar) has remarked.

Tiwari and Ketan Malkan created Medikabazaar in 2015, which is the largest B2B health technology marketplace for medical products in India. According to the company, it has claimed over 11 times growth in the last three years and has been on an unheard-of rapid expansion path in recent years.
