T-Hub’s New Launch: Cohort for Semiconductor Startups

T-Hub’s New Launch: To encourage innovation and entrepreneurship among companies in the semiconductor sector, the technology incubator T-Hub developed the semiconductor cohort of the AIC T-Hub Foundation program.

The program will help entrepreneurs to overcome the difficulties of scaling the startup through expert-led workshops, specialized mentoring, market access, and investor and industry relationships.

“Indian engineers have made significant contributions to the semiconductor industry while working for multinational corporations. As a result, we must help them launch and grow their design businesses with the ecosystem’s active support”, T-Hub’s CEO stated.

“T-Hub and AIC are partnering with other ecosystem enablers through this program to give semiconductor companies access to the necessary mentorship, finance channels, and networking opportunities” he continued.

In this six-month hybrid cohort-based program, 20 startups will be mentored with potentially disruptive technology that may transform semiconductor supply chains in the future.

The startups will be chosen based on their team structure, scalability, preparedness to go to market, and technological innovation. Startups interested in participating can submit an application here by September 5.

T-Hub and AIM will assist the entrepreneurs in establishing government relationships with GAETEC (Galium Arsenide Technology Centre), Indian Semiconductor Mission (ISM), and Semiconductor Complex for speedy compliance, certification, and testing to enter the market with ease.

With the help of T-Hub partners like the Central Institute of Tool Design & Qualcomm, Startups can access Electronic Design Automation (EDA) software tools for Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) front and back-end development and evaluation platforms for free. These platforms are used to design, validate, and simulate fabless designs.
