Clove Dental to pump $30 Mn in the next 5 years

Clove Dental, a dental network with over 116 clinics and 180 doctors, announced an investment of $25-30M over the next 5 years. The startup is planning to expand the numbers to150 by the year-end. For the next phase, Clove has an ambitious target of 600 clinics, and to this end plans to add 10-12 clinics every month for the next four years.

Clove’s vision of becoming India’s preferred dental care provider is quickly becoming a reality, thanks to its proven ability to provide advanced, ethical and affordable dental care. Clove’s home care service reinforces its commitment to providing best-in-class dental care to those for whom accessibility is an issue, notably the elderly and infirm.

Mr. Amarinder Singh, CEO Clove Dental, said, “The dental care market in India is witnessing a healthy growth with Indian customers demanding international standard treatment and care. For the last five years, we have been working towards redefining the oral care market in India by introducing customers to the next level of dental care. Encouraged by the response we now set ourselves an ambitious target of becoming the neighbourhood dental clinic for every Indian over the next 5 years.”

Earlier this year, the startup launched Clove@Home bringing common dental treatments right to the homes of those who experience restricted mobility. The service demonstrates Clove’s emphasis on convenient and accessible dental care, provided according to the highest international standards for clinical hygiene. Every dental specialty is represented within the Clove Dental team, which ensures that patients get the right set of skills for the treatment they require, even when the treatment is provided in the home.
